As part of our constant and ongoing endeavour to add value to your experience we offer optional services designed to make the process easy and effortless. Clients who wish to avail of the optional services will have to pay an extra fee in addition to the convenience fee.

SMS Alerts service:

SMS updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your application. When you avail of this optional service, you will receive several automated feedback messages to the mobile number you provide, alerting you on the status of your application, At the end of the process, you will receive an automated email message to the registered email address provided in your application form, informing you that your new passport is ready for collection.

Photocopying of documents

BLS International offers photocopying services within the Centre for a minimal fee.

Form Filling Package

Our team will help you successfully complete your online application form at the Philippine Passport Renewal Centre in Doha. Our staff will guide you through the process from start to finish, explaining the questions, and recording your answers. Please note, they cannot answer questions on your behalf, or fill in answers based on assumptions.

Flexi Hours for Passport Collection

Applicant can collect the passport out of allotted time. Applicant can collect the passport between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Passport Covers

Wide range of leather passport cover for men and women are available.

Application status call back

Applicant gets an automated call back from BLS to update him or her on the status of the application.

Courier Service:

As part of the Courier service, the Philippine Passport Renewal Centre will courier your passport back to you, if you opt for this service. You can purchase the service at the Application Centre. Please enquire about this service when you submit your Passport application.

Premium Lounge Service:

• Personalised service from dedicated staff.
• Photocopying and Printing service for your documents.
• Complimentary Courier return of your passport.
• Stylish surroundings with refreshments ensuring comfort while submitting your Passport application.

Important note: Using the premium lounge service doesn’t guarantee the right to grant the passport or process the passport application faster. Issuance of Passport is the sole decision of Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila.
